• Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Kids 0-4 get in free, but recommended age is 4
• Not recommended for pregnant women, people with vertigo, ear/heart issues, pacemakers

• Show your smartphone ticket directly at the turnstiles
• The information point of Hemisferic is located at the ticket office of the Science Museum
• For safety reasons, it’s not possible to access the screening room once the session has begun, so make sure to be on time
• As seats are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis, it is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session
• If you bought a reduced ticket, bring a valid ID or other proof of eligibility
• 3D glasses and headphones can be collected in the anteroom before entering the room. Handle them with care - they must be returned upon exiting the room and if you return them damaged a fee will be due
