Before you buy

Children under 106 cm enter for free
Seniors aged 60+, pregnant women, and people with disabilities can enter the water park for free (pools only; no water slides)

On-site usage

Show your smartphone voucher along with your ID Card or Work Permit at the Ticketing Counter
Children over 106 cm can use all water slides except the most extreme, such as Aqualoop and Freefall
Children 106–122 cm must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by a responsible adult while using the slides

After your visit

Life jackets are provided free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Sizes are available for infants and adults
Revealing swimwear is not permitted
Valuables can be stored in lockers for a small fee
Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed inside the park
For Expat and Resident tickets, present a valid document upon entry: work permit, student visa, retirement visa, Thai driving license, national ID card, or Thai passport
