Before you buy
- Kids under 2 enter for free, no ticket needed
- Reduced ticket available on-site for military personnel (with military ID)

On-site usage
- Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance
- For same day re-entry, you must receive a hand stamp from the Information Hut prior to leaving
- Animals are most active in the morning, especially during the summer. The Zoo is least crowded in the late afternoon
- The Zoo is open rain or shine!

After your visit
- You are welcome to bring your own food, but please refrain from glass, disposable straws and lids and balloons as they can be harmful to the animals
- Visitors in need of a wheelchair are welcome to rent a manual wheelchair or one of the electric scooters at the Zoo entrance. Wheelchairs are available for rent on a first-come, first-serve basis
